The fine print:
a)
Contractor must be signed up and approved to begin collecting points
b)
Only
payments on account which are within Net 30 day terms (by the
15th of the month following) will be awarded
points and a 15% reduction will be made to account for PST and GST
values.
c)
This
program has been established for the Contractor only. However,
if you bring a houselot or Project account to us, you can collect points
on your customers payments if they are made within the 30 day terms
d)
Once you
sign up, a full membership kit will be sent directly to you and you will
be mailed a monthly statement showing your point totals.
e)
Please
indicate with your payment that you are a Top-Notch Member to help us
track and record your points.
f)
Redemptions can be made directly through the Top-Notch Reward Catalogue
Hotline for goods or travel – Points can also now be applied to in-store
purchases
g)
If you
have any questions once you begin the program or if you feel, upon
reviewing your statement, that points have been missed, please call the
store and speak to either Jim Ireton or our Accounting Department.
h)
