Nudura^® is the newest technology of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF’s).  It is the result of consolidating an existing ICF product with the most advanced technology available.   With its flooring and ceiling technology, the interior of the building is enveloped completely to maximize: comfort,  durability, cost, and energy efficiency. 

In various tests compared to a typical wood framed house, Nudura^® offers walls that are stronger, safer, more comfortable, and more energy efficient.  Nudura^® walls meet, or exceed, local building codes.

With its unique block design and convenient dimensions, Nudura^® offers a sturdier wall form with fewer seams.  This, together with the sturdy and reversible interlock, reduces labour, minimizes waste and increases productivity.  Also available are custom factory cut radius walls, which eliminates imprecise and time consuming field cuts. 

The Nudura^® web design is also unique.  Its dual support design increases strength and performance, while also allowing the forms to be cut into 9” units – again reducing labour and waste.  Damages and on-site form assembly labour are also reduced due to the hinged, folding web, since the forms can be flat stacked.  Since the webs also lock together from course to course – you get continuous fastening strips throughout the structure, while virtually eliminating float and compression so you can build to accurate dimensions.

Please note: Anyone can purchase Nudura^® products, however for a) liability issues, b) to satisfy the building officials and c) to uphold our distribution agreement with Nudura^® Corporation, the project owners must provide proof that they have arranged for an approved contractor or technical support person.   We will not ship Nudura^® products to jobsites without this proof.  Many of the trained installers will offer full contracts or technical support services.  Click here for a list of trained installers.
